Cancellation policy
At least seven days before arrival: cancel your stay and we will refund your accommodation payment in full to the original payment method.
Within seven days of arrival: a refund is not normally available. We will account for any costs we avoid or nights we rebook and refund any amount due.
To cancel, email dine@thefountainatclent.co.uk or call 01562 883 286. Please give the name and arrival date on your booking.
If we cannot provide your stay as agreed, we will offer an appropriate alternative if you want one or refund your accommodation payment. Your legal rights are unaffected.
